Yes, I/we would like to support The Mendelssohn Choir of Connecticut by advertising in your 2011/2012 concert program.  We understand that our ad will appear in the program booklet for the following three concerts:  Brought to You by the Letter "B" on Saturday, January 28, 2012; And the Bugles Sang... Concert on Saturday, April 28, 2012.  Also, as a supporter of the Choir I will receive complimentary tickets as indicated below.
